Obviously a very anxious crew. They insisted masks stayed on until all the crew had cleared your row.

Have enjoyed this long trip report drron, and posts by mrs drron also. Hope you get home safely despite the flooding, and I think it's time for a couple of weeks rest. We may have to wait a while before you travel again, but any trip reports from you will always be welcome. :)

Reactions: RB
Listening to the local radio at home this morning about 11am and they said the Bruce would open at 12, checked the Dept MR website - nothing about it, checked the RACQ website - same, so rang Ron and told him I think I was coming down to get him, and I would phone him from the car if it was open.
We are BOTH now at home :) 💥 :)

The clouds returned and no more views of the earth until we were just about to touch down. The runway was under water so a sudden go around. This was my view as the go around commenced.
