Saw this odd looking beast out the window of my plane when leaving Seattle (Seatac). Fold-up wings? What is it?

Dang. Those babies weren't flying when I was at Fighter World a couple of weeks back. There were some smaller aircraft taking off in pairs (in between the JQ and VA birds). Only a bit noisy.

Currently staying next to Tucson airport. Last night I left the room window open for some fresh air and this morning I was awoken by these beasts doing circuits on the main runway, in between civilian landings and take offs!!! It was a great way to wake up to an F16 alarm!!
