Does anyone know if there's a way to access your entire flight history with Qantas, i.e. since you first joined as a frequent flyer?

Thanks. Did you have to give them a reason why?I contacted the FF call centre and requested the information. It took a while and they were able to provide me with my flights going back to 1995

Surprised to see others expect success on this one. It’s something I’ve never been able to achieve when on separate bookings as a WP with my wife, who has been SG or PS along the way; even with the local call centres. I gave up and just make sure now we are booked together where it’s important that the seating is confirmed together in advance.Hey All.
Due to my trip being for work and my wife is coming along with me I had to make 2 seperate bookings.
I am WP and she is bronze.
I selected my seats and call Qantas (Manila answered) They are telling me they cant move her to the seat next to me even though I can see it is empty.
They have linked the bookings, al though I still can't see here booking when I manage mine and she does not come up as another passenger to assign her seat on my booking.
They tell me all they can do is request it and when we get to the airport they will try to sit us together.
I have called before a they had sorted this out in the past.
Any ideas?
Just don't end up tasered like the man on Jetstar...Hope it works out, however it does!
Tip for next time - put the person who might be upgraded in the middle seat, that way the non-upgraded seat will remain aisle/window . If the flight is not too busy, that middle seat may even remain empty. If it's an aisle/window seat that's vacated by the upgrade and the flight is busy, it's probable it will be snagged by someone else during the interim period after upgrade but before check-in closes. If I request an upgrade on my ticket and get one, what will they do with my Mrs XD's seat. I would put her in the Business, and I would have to have her seat. Not good as it is now a middle seat of 3.
What is the status of your request @Seat0B ?Yes I did - although the email said they are very busy and it might take a while...blah blah blah.
@LostRedditor, I was in the same position a few months back.I just found a return route that's heaps cleaner, and with a 10 hour flight in F instead of J, than my current booking. I'm 250k points short unless I cancel my current return bookings, one on QF and another on AY (Finnair). ExpertFlyer isn't divulging anything on BA awards in First but they show up in Qantas multi-city search.
I'm scared to cancel my return business flights and hope I get the points back in time to grab these flights. I guess what I'm asking is whether there's a way to speed up the points return if I cancel today.
Yeah your situation sounds very similar indeed.@LostRedditor, I was in the same position a few months back.
Called and stayed on hold whilst agent sought approval from another department- took about 10 minutes to get points credited and appeared on my App.
I had my QFF account open on desktop with the new flights selected (making sure to extend session before it timed out)
Not sure where it is based, but I believe the Points/Reward refund dept is open 7am-7pm Monday to Saturday.
I called 8am Melbourne time on a Saturday in October with minimal wait time.
Question though, can you call and just change the return leg?
Good luck and let us know how it goes..
My other tip is, if you call to change your booking and you sense the agent isn't getting a good grasp of what you want to do, politely thank them, confirm nothing had been changed and call back.Yeah your situation sounds very similar indeed.
I may be able to but the itinerary is a little complicated so I'm not sure they'll allow it. Maybe I could change one of them and purchase the first class flights and just have separate bookings
Did she lodge a claim via the online form?Is it at all possible for me to call qantas ff to sort out my gfs missing points claims? Her wait times are at least 45mins to 1hr and has to get the lottery of an agent that isn't incompetent. Last agent told her she has to claim from CX and JQ for QFF points and status
Yep. Good point, ThanksTip for next time - put the person who might be upgraded in the middle seat, that way the non-upgraded seat will remain aisle/window . Yep all done there as well as emailing copies of the boarding passes. I had to call myself to get the same flights credited when I was claiming.Did she lodge a claim via the online form?

If they’re different flight numbers = 2 flights (or “squiggles” in old terminology). eg QF81 SYD-SIN and QF1 SIN-LHR (or pretty much any combo of connecting domestic flights).I think this qualifies as a newbie question. If I have a connecting flight AAA - BBB - CCC, will this count as 1 or 2 flights for the 4 flight requirement for status?
