Yes. I meant the QF A380 and the SQ one in the background. Sorry for my cough resolution uploading. Unfortunately when uploading through the app it only gives very low options

No surprises there, really..... again. I've never really understood how it all works. They make the people redundant, then find they are short staffed and end up hiring them back as contractors. I guess it lessens their pension liability.

Similar to many other government departments really...

Out of today's budget, I welcome the beer duty escalator freeze, the fuel increase freeze and the changes to taxable earnings. Apart from that, pretty lackluster really.

It's one of the few things I miss about the UK. Last time I came back I declared 20 packets and 2 giant jars of marmite.

Customs bloke just laughed and said every Poms got marmite you need to suck it up and try Vegemite

Friday night plans have had a spanner thrown in them; off to the doctor to check I haven't busted my wrist. Not sure why its always Friday that I manage to do these things.
 
Had a shock this morning to get an email to say that a colleague died on Wednesday. I had chatted to him on Monday afternoon at a work function. Admittedly, he was in his 60's and I did know he was looking to retire this year, but I didn't realise he was in poor health :(.

Life is too short. Live life everybody.
