It has failed me.
So what should I say now I was not able to get my medicine from the pharmac_? Well done Australia Post for getting everyone else's package on time?
Well, up to you to say well done or not. I suppose if Australia Post had failed to get everybody's package on time, that would not matter either because the fact is that your package was not delivered on time.
I'm just trying to put perspective on the whole thing. It doesn't make what Australia Post did acceptable - you have to understand that I'm not supporting Australia Post in that your package not arriving on time is acceptable in and of itself. But from a broad perspective I would not class that as a huge fail. It's not a pat on the back for sure, it's a sharp kick up the backside. A huge fail qualifies for someone that should have their legs broken and being run out of town on a rail.
Then again, if you feel that someone's legs should be broken and being run out of town on a rail, be my guest.
Main thing you should be doing now is dealing with the fact you have no script (i.e. go to a doctor) if you really need that medication, followed up by sending a sharp "please explain" to Australia Post; if need be, filing a small claims.
