Tried to draw a foul at competition basketball last night. Instead I hit the deck and rolled into a wall and have badly sprained my back.

I've spent the whole day lying flat in my own F cabin with the family being my gracious attendants.

Ouch!

A friend of mine was recently playing basketball & among other things did hos ACL. Now he's awaiting a knee reconstruction.

Let me assure you that warm in Perth was at the third cricket test match at the WACA.
English warm is just a little bit different.
