Merry Christmas all as well. Yes, most Australians are nursing hangovers and food overindulgence now, but some of us Australians are just starting ;)

I told my mum about my planned trip to the UK in June. She says "You haven't even started this next trip to America!"

And that is why my (non-residential) family only know about my next trip. My cattery knows when I'm travelling because I call them before I book a quick trip and make a reservation when I've booked a long way in advance

Yeah awkward at work when someone asked me what my next trip was (after I have a week in Mexico). The response of gothenburg for a weekend around a week after and then Lille for a day trip a week later is something I didn't want to mention...

At work, people will say "How was your trip?" and I have to think which one they are talking about! Depending on the person, I might have done a couple of trips since the last time I saw them.

At friends on the Gold Coast. We brought the alcohol:

Will we survive the next 24 hours??

Many thanks to Qantas EpiQure

Ive got two booked for the US next year, only one person has looked at me like I'm nuts.

Life is excellent when you have more than one trip planned. I hate ending one holiday and not have anything planned for the next one.

I've got two trips organised for 2014 (23 day cruise to Hong Kong on QM2); a month planned for Greece and Turkey in July, and for 2015 I am waiting for Alaskan cruises to open up.

And am now thinking a 2014 White Christmas is in order.

Sounds perfectly normal to me. :p

Slack! We already have our 2015 cruises booked.
First 18 days Copenhagen to Copenhagen via Murmansk and Archangel.
Second 24 days from Nassau to Guayaquil via Cuba and the Panama canal.
Christmas and NYE 2014 are on the Irrawaddy river.

I'm about to have the Xmas lunch I should have had yesterday. Am watching The Layover & have started to pack. First order of business? AFF & VFF tags go on my new bag.

Not slack. They're just not open yet for Princess line. :p.

Cruising is so damn addictive hey? Our 2014 med cruise is sailing out of Venice - which will be banned from 2015. It's a Port a day which suits hubby just fine. He doesn't have my addiction. ;)

Today is other families day so we have a day off.ventured into Sydney CBD and it is just crazy.Queues to get into Myer and most of the upmarket stores and places like Topshop and Zara.
Absolutely crazy.Pitt St. Mall hasn't a square inch of vacant space.
And the discounts really aren't that great when you have just come back from the US-department stores offering up to 50% off in the US is a normal day not a sale.
Most of the designer labels are offering 20-40% off.Mrsdrron doesn't buy them in the US unless at least 80% off but does prefer 90%.

Adelaide CBD is in gridlock. Stores didn't open until 11am. I was in at 10.30 and all easy. Left at 12.30 and people couldn't even get to the streets leading to car parks. Why leave it so late?

Weirdest thing was that the largest queue was for the Swarovski store.

And yes Drron, I heard someone with a US accent say the prices were way too high.

And for the things I wanted to buy, they weren't on sale anyway.

We have booked Ft Lauderdale- Panama Canal-San Diego in Oct 2014 on HAL

Swmbo and I walked past the car park on rundle st (over HJs) and there was a 29 metre line to pay/use lifts!
