I'd suggest a couch in a QF lounge somewhere.
This proves the need for domestic J lounges. No self respecting WP/J pax would eat the furniture.![]()
MEL airport now closed due to lightning! Twice in one day as ADL was closed for our departure this morning. Extra pancakes this morning, extra beer this arvo![]()

I miss my 1974 LJ50.
(539cc of pure two stroke, three cylinder power)
Sounds like most factory-fresh Alfas of the day...
Plenty of enthusiasm, not much build quality!
That's funny, the Alfa Sud might have been 3 cylinder as well. Horizontally opposed - a motorcycle engine.
Well it might have only been running on 3 cyl, but AR built it as a 4 cyl.
It was last century, my memory aint that good.
Probably got confused with my mates Charade which was 3 cylinder.
To date I think I have had 6 Subies.Every masochis_ should own an Alfa once. My Guilia Sprint GT was a great car, when its mechanicals weren't being repaired (motor mainly and often at great expense). I've since been tempted by other fabulous Alfa bodies (who hasn't been), but have resisted. Now I'm more practical - WRX shopping trolley.
I was considering a new Jeep, but after looking at the condition of one only two years old - computer says no!Back on tv ,I wouldn't even dare to hire a Jeep let alone buy one.
I miss my Josie IIRC 12.5HP Simplex....she was an absolute beauty!
