Caught QF10 14/3 and had 4 seats to myself on both legs. I was very pleased :-)

Passenger loadings were light on both legs, on second leg I had a good look and every lower Y row had either one seated pax or one laying down in 3 or 4 seats! That's about 30% occupancy by my calculation.

Wow, I've never had that amount of free space on QFi, always a sardine in Y.

Well blow me down, but what happens after recent discussions here?

3C proposes to 3A with an announcement over the PA from the CSM afterwards. Beer and wine offered to all.

OT but I may be getting a reputation as the FA gave me a strange look when I declined a glass of wine.

hopefully 3b was a shadow!

To those who eat fresh pineapple....when you cut the pineapple, do you salt it?

My mum reckons you must do this to neutralise some of the acid of the pineapple. However, I don't like the salty taste that remains with the fruit.

Anyone do anything different?

No, if it's going to be eaten immediately then I don't put anything on it. If it's being put into a fruit salad and/or stored then I squeeze fresh lemon juice over it.

We love fresh pineapple and have never salted.

However, I love piling sugar on Grapefruit and eating corn on the cob soaked in malt vinegar :)

No salt. The folks used to, I wonder if this is because we now have sweeter, less acidic varieties around due to selection, new breeds, etc.

How the heck did Coupon Alerts get on my laptop?

No wonder it has been extremely slow. I have AVG but I guess that means nothing. :(

And Anvisoft has somehow managed to install itself as well. My laptop is very slow. AVG tells me I am protected. Huh!

How did they get here in first place? This must be a test of my patience.

Usually they get there as a side effect of not being careful when installing various free software. Sometimes once one is installed, others get auto-installed with it.

Browser enhancements like toolbars tend to bring on similar hullabaloos.

AVG is specialised in antivirus removal, not necessarily malware or adware.

I use the free Malwarebytes Antimalware. Also useful to run is Spybot Search & Destroy. Unlike antivirus programs, having more than one anti-spyware program installed is usually OK...but I do tend to turn off the background monitoring function or only leave one of them on at a time.

Otherwise, the most obvious method is to use Add/Remove Programs or Programs and Features to remove the offending software. You may need to Google about the program to get a full run down on how to fully remove some software. Cleaning out the temporary directory and web caches is also a very good idea.

I have previously used AVG free which was good, but now just use Microsoft Security (free) and haven't had any problems. Sometimes run Malwarebytes as a check.
Have not activated Norton for the last 3 laptops i have purchased - found it caused a lot of problems - isn't a team player.

I was trying to install Adblock Plus earlier today and failed many times. So this rubbish has somehow managed to get itself into my laptop and now I cannot remove it.

All instructions on Google tell how to remove it via uninstall in Control Panel. There is no uninstall in Control Panel. Pay for an anti-malware tool to remove it or spend the next 2-3 days to remove manually.

All we do is cut it. And eat it. :D
