From memory most of those tools available to remove spyware/adware etc require a paid subscription to fully remove the culprits.

The free version of this is fine and there are no nags.

I can't quite remember if the installation program comes with an optional co-install, but just tread carefully when you install as usual and deselect any other programs if they are offered to you.

From a quick search, it seems MBAM should be able to remove Coupon Alerts (it detects it as a PUP). I would like to think this is the case, otherwise you may just need to remove Coupon Alerts manually.....

IMO, Gravity was the dud pick of the bunch. Cannot understand why it got nominated.

The plot had so many holes and factual errors it was laughable. I like Sandra Bullock but was full of antipathy for her character, I was hoping for an outcome of Gravity 1:Bullock 0.

I was glad I saw it on the tiny screen.

I'm glad I saw it on the big screen.

Plot was meh, but the special effects in 3d are what made the movie. Those only watching it on a plane or on a small home setup can't appreciate it the same.

We went to see Blue Jasmine on the big screen.I have totally different tastes to movie critics.Another 2 hours wasted.

Finally managed to watch a few of this year's Oscar winners on the way to LHR. Good selection on QF this month. 12 Years A Slave, Dallas Buyers Club were both good, fell asleep during Gravity and American Hustle. The latter being a particularly awful movie IMO, not a single character I cared about and I cannot for the life of me understand why it would win a single award

I still haven't seen any of them... oops :oops:

I really liked The Hurt Locker.

It was a great movie to see on the big screen with the full theatre sound... I imagine it wouldn't be so good on an aircraft.

My IFE for the past dozen flights has been a book, made from paper, that comes from trees... strange I know :p

I watch most movies while airborne, either my own IFE or that provided.

I fell asleep watching BJ on the way to LAX last weekend ... watched the last part again on the way back. I found myself watching the acting skills rather than the screenplay - and, Sally Hawkins I reckon has better things in store, so not a complete waste of time.

Saw Gravity earlier this year - OK, but not a movie I'd watch again more due to knowing what was going to happen - was v. surprised it had Oscar nominations.

Hurt locker I watch some years ago - again on a flight. It certainly was diverting and I'd watch it again someday.

I haven't watched last years yet. (or the last few years for that matter).

I much prefer TGs selection to QF. TG have a massive choice of Hollywood action movies, including most of the Marvel series. Easy mindless watching that you don't have to concentrate on and when yo ufall asleep, you don't really mind. I just can't focus on a drama, especially on a tiny 19" monitor on a plane.

Hard to believe this but before my metal cruise this year, I said this year will be my last. However, the cruise was great (as I expected) and I met some really awesome people. Next year, there will be a bigger boat & more bands (an increase from 40 this year to 60 next year) on more stages.

In the early hours of tomorrow morning, my advanced ticket sales open before sales to cruise virgins open next week.

And next year - there will be no random roomies!

Seen them? I hadn't even heard of them! *crawls back under rock*

Please share that rock..... May get to see a couple en-route to Uk or return, but then I spend most of my inflight time checking out the in sides of my eye lids.

For the third time in my life I have made a successful offer on a house.

The anxiety and nausea ness have floored me.
