My MIL was an exceptional woman.A remarkable life story of hardship but she would do anything for everyone.I was truly fortunate.

I wish that more people could value their spouse's mother (and father) as someone to be valued rather than as an adversary in life. But of course it cuts both ways.

Did a long cut thru Adelaide to get to Sydney from Perth today. We were very impressed with the mini chocolate eclairs in the
Qantas Club.

Adelaide is rather civilised.
Was in the Adelaide Qantas Club briefly today with the family. Didn't look around too much for eclairs and such. Children need the amenities before the drive home.

Love my MIL! We've taken her on 8 OS holiday... including F return SYD-LHR.

And I was my MIL's friend for life.

In a way so was I. When FIL passed away very young, we took MIL in and she lived with us for 20 years. In one way, she probably always felt she had to keep on the right side of me!

Love row 1 on an AA E175 ...

I definitely prefer these over the CRJ AAEagle used to fly LAX-DEN. Especially the ability to fit in a normal size carryon overhead . Those CRJ used to have to gatecheck carryon then wait at the other end at the aircraft door to retrieve the carry on.

90SC eachway does not hurt either.

I actually prefer Row 2 incase I have extra carry on that I can stash undef seat.

Hows the bulkhead in terms of legroom. Able to stretch out fully?

Not a prob ... I am 183cm.

Certainly better than row 1 on an all economy configuration.

Once waited 15 minutes on the airbridge at ORD in -5°F for 'valet' ... brrr ...
