I'd been thinking about it for a while and now seemed like a good time with everyone changing
I like it.

Well I have no intention of changing anytime soon. Not until my trip to Billund, at least.
Written - perfect - spoken - useless - how do you say 'Would you like to go out for b-apostrophe-fast?'B'fast - note the acceptable use of apostrophe

Sounds a bit like an insult if you asked a person that - I've seen 'brekky' rather than the others.Written - perfect - spoken - useless - how do you say 'Would you like to go out for b-apostrophe-fast?'
So how would you abbreviate breakfasts?

Breakys? Brekkys? Brekkies? Breaky just does not look right to me - I have removed the apostrophe to keep the pedantic happy.

Eyes are really sore. Seem to go through this phase every few months. Not good. It's always the way JohnK. Lost count of the number of times it's happened to me too (not the sore eyes though).
Eyes sore. Get eye check-up and there has been a 0.25 change. "You need new script!". Get new glasses. Eyes still sore. Arrggghhhh.
The moral of the story is I could have waited until December and got a pair of glasses end December and another pair beginning of January and paid only $20 instead if $220. And now need to deal with sore eyes anyway.

Don't change, Jessica! I think your avatar is beautiful and unique.
Think I have dry eyes. Should try using Systane.Do you have dry eyes? That is one of my 'symptoms' at the moment leading to lupus (not saying you have lupus but I KNOW how awful dry eyes are). MrP is always telling me to stop rubbing them, I know I must but they are killing.....
Well it was modelled on a well known AFFer!And oh so life like.
So how would you abbreviate breakfasts?
