I have been trying to log into NAB since 7.30 and finally got in around 11am.

NAB have certainly acknowledged it and I was on the phone for 30 minutes yesterday with issues for international payments that we make every month.

Uh, i wasn't denying it happened, just pointing out it wasn't everyone!:oops:

NAB was down for me this morning, but I only wanted to check my credit card balance, so I knew how much to transfer across to it. So no biggie - though the balance was higher than expected after paying for all our flights to AFF gathering in Darwin in July. $600.00 for 2 nights accommodation at AYQ is an indication of what we are going to have to pay to see The Rock after AFF.

Are their ATMs working? I remember about 5yrs ago when their system went down when I was processing payroll and people had to go into banks to withdraw small amounts.

All back to normal now. Would have been some very stressed staff. They updated their App maybe 2 weeks ago? And removed a lot of the functionality I had come to rely on. That kind of stuff seems to happen so much these days - enhancements that are not what the customer uses.

I quite like the new app which works more intuitively (for me anyway)
Would have been v frustrated about the outage in your position though

The issue with the App for me is that I have 15 different NAB accounts, maybe more. Our personal and business accounts are in my ID number, then there are Super Accounts, and each of the business credit cards appear as a separate account and then a master credit card. So many many payments going through my ID. If I want to check for a past or future payment, I used to be able to select which account the payment had come from, but now it is one long list of everything from every account. So what used to be a simple transaction search is impossible.

I've got quite a few shares in some of the big banks as well.

Even though I'm getting dividends, it doesn't mean I have to agree with what they do.

Especially when it comes to outsourcing their IT departments.

Why my husband needs supervision. Its easier packing for 2 people for 5 days with only one carry on than it is to figure how how to get these to the airport.

It turns out the judge thought fraud was way worse than infidelity. Lucky we were drinking champagne while our group discussed this so we did get to the same answer.

This reminds me of the AFFer who bought almost every packet of Taco Mix from the Adelaide Woolies stores some years ago.

He ended up with a squillion QFF points

And that story about cat food. Jason? Purchased it by the pallet for the same reason and then donated it to the Cat shelter. A truly win-win situation for the good people.

Together with a partner we own a business in Launceston and whilst he has been on site this year I personally have not visited in 2 years. However that did not stop our Manager down there sending me a Christmas Gift:

So I summoned my entire staff here in Melbourne together (total of 3) and explained to them 'See? This is how a decent employee treats his boss at Christmas!'

There response some 5 mins later after a quick conference was - 'If you promise to spend ALL of 2017 down at Launceston we will spring for a case of Grange for your Christmas gift!'

So, who do you give them to? Checkin Agent? Lounge staff. Crew? Wonder if it might be a hoot to give them to security? They might not accept them though, just in case of looneys.

In lounge, being bothered by a Jane.

Jane travels a lot. Jane missed her JetStar flight as she's hungover and had to buy a VA flight. Jane is boring me with telling me her life story about her dogs and 4WD, all her upgrades, all her business class flights, telling me what my flight will be like.

Please don't be like Jane.
