Haha!!. How is another totally different colour a compromise?

.....

A zero turn radius ride on is the way to go for those unable/ unwilling to push. Mulches the grass at the same time so no grass clippings. Key start:

A grass lawn is natures air conditioner.
During the almost decade long drought in Los Angeles lots of grass was removed and in 2017 they have had record high temperatures.

I always said that if I won lotto, im buying my brothers wife a pink ride on lawn mower and my brother isnt allowed to use it.

My sister in law is about 5ft nothing, tiny, tiny and is never afraid of taking on a big task. She does the lawns while my big 6ft brother is happy to watch her.

So this morning mrsdrron said to me-"stop wasting time on the computer.Get out and do some gardening."
So what is this "gardening?"

For us it's getting the tractor out with the slasher.

How did I not even consider that my wife would need a medical examination when applying for spouse visa? So on top of the $7000+ price gouge there will be a non-refundable $300+ required for a BUPA medical examination.

I can see why people skip the queues. Much cheaper. :(

In my inbox is a bill for a IME (independent medical examination) and its almost $3K.

Driving along major road in Sydney and the 2009 VW golf engine suddenly died.
Unable to start. Eventually battery also died due to repeated attempts at starting and hazards

Towed to VW.

Had bought diesel 20 min prior but I don't think it's contaminated fuel or water as the engine suddenly died rather than sputtering. I reckon it's possibly common rail high pressure fuel pump issue which will necessitate removal of timing belt in which case replace timing belt as well as water pump because the water pump cannot be easily accessed. Plus battery. Plus dealer fat profits

Hehe big expense coming up me thinks

VW reports battery had a dead cell causing a voltage drop which caused the immobiliser to kill the engine.. no other issues.
i have no issues with that view except that the immobiliser killed the engine while the car was being driven. Hate for it to happen while driving down the highway followed by a 66ton B double at 100kmh.
I was able to crank the engine after the engine died but it would not start. Was able to get in 10 cranks before the battery voltage was too low. Battery rapidly died soon after - ie went cold and dark.

I wonder if this is an erratic or unintended immobiliser function?

I had that happen many years ago in my first car. Was a side effect or having been broken into and all my car stereo equipment ripped out and loose wires playing havoc. At least the immobiliser works, kind of ....

After much discussion MrsGM has worn me down to compliance and we will now be visiting Vietnam  in March, flying Scoot!
