I phoned Origin Energy a few days ago to see if I could get on a better plan. Yes sir you are on a good plan.
Today I received an email from Origin Energy.

WTF.
I also phoned MLC today what a waste of time that was, so I sent in a form with some missing details, no they couldn't be bothered to ring me back and say there is a problem, no they will post a letter.
And in more bad news.
Our current General Manager is now off work for the next few weeks, medical reasons, which aren't good, pity their long service leave isn't for another 8 months, 9 weeks holiday and similar amount in sick leave, has been healthy up until now.
Long day at work; because it seems some people won't want to take no for an answer.
