Meh. They are all rubbish. Not worth us fighting over really.

This made me laugh, encouraging angry men to befriend young kiddies will go down a treat with hyper suspicious parents

No, Keating was literate and his parliamentary language was in context. Cash’s brain fade was the worst performance we’ve ever heard in federal parliament. Completely outrageous that she was was once minister for Women. Completely unforgivable and she should hang her head in shame and slink back to hiding behind whiteboards, preferably out of parliament altogether.

Dutton and others who are making excuses for her behaviour are equally unfit to sit in federal parliament.

Very good article in the age today. Michaelia Cash comes out swinging with Canberra's latest weapon of choice: women

I daresay there's been plenty worse over the years.

No, seriously, this is the worst performance by a minister, especially against women by a woman, that I’ve ever heard. Just appalling.

“Threatening” to spread rumours about the females of an opposite politician’s staff? Come on.

There are disgraceful double standards hiding behind political, nay socially engineered, correctness.
Joyce has done naught more than tens of thousands of his brethren, nor has Shorten.
Licentious behaviour is socially endemic and the self righteous pretence of higher moral ground by pollies and their groupies is hilarious.

A Pox on both of their houses!!! ( apologies Will’)
No. You can’t use that defence. What the current “government” ministers are being caught out in and with is beyond the pale.

Well, can I just say that MY party are all saints, absolutely beyond reproach to the woman and man, whereas the OTHER lot are all nasty, wicked, horrible and evil. All the time, I tell you! And if anyone dares to show otherwise, I'll just re-frame the conversation saying its only about things happening now, so as for the putrefying blood and guts and squalidness over there ... nothing to see, move along, move along.

Not really. Federal parliament in the last 10 years has made a mockery of the government process and both sides are to blame. Can’t rewrite the history books there.

I don’t know if anyone has noticed this: ‘It is nothing more than racist theft’

Politics aside , this will make life interesting going forward.
I wonder if we will see the same global condemnation and isolation of South Africa from sporting events etc as we did in the lead up to the fall of apartheid? Me thinks not.

I just wonder how much thought has gone into evaluating the ramifications of this action by the SA Government.
Who will want to visit there now?

My first thought was similar happened in Zimbabwe and look how well that went.

Was thinking of going to SA next year but hubby wants Iceland. My boss was talking about Kenya and Narobi yesterday for photography safari instead.

Life is one giant seesaw. We lurch from one end to the other end with no middle ground. Years ago it was white abuse of anyone coloured or non white. Now it’s reverted.
