Im not a Nigella fan.

Coworker first trip to UK all sorted with adapters, sim cards ect. Trying to save her $ because they have to pay for husband and lap baby ticket and new passports ect and a side trip to Paris.

Told her to go to salvos and buy the best pram she could and take that, in case baggage handlers destroy her very expensive pram. I was at Salvos the other week and was surprised by some of the nice stuff they have.

Normally yes, but in this case the owner wanted a specific wall that was superior to the normal wooden walls and apparently permission was granted with the proviso that the owner (and subsequent owners) were responsible for its upkeep.

While the car owner is insured the outcome will determine who has what responsibilities relating to its reinstatement.
Have your renos started yet?

How do people get away with it? New CEO of large NSW govt org brings on wife and daughter into newly created positions, while there are retrenchments happening.

NSW Govt job for the boys (and others) still going strong.

I’m Italian. I was born with an espresso for breakfast, wine with lunch and 2,000 years of culture...

Hubby just reminded me this morning....Vegans live on average 7 years longer than everyone else. 7 boring, miserable, friendless, bacon free years!

Ill bet you don't roll your own pasta:p
Also Italian dont like wearing seatbelts?:D

Ill also bet some (?many/?few) vegans are only virtue signalling. Who knows they probably chow down on a steak in secret. My sister in law (no point virtue signalling to relatives) is easily tempted by a juicy steak

We'll wear seatbelts but dont like to use rear mirrors... the first rule of Italian driving...

I do love the smashing sound of a plate dropped on to a ceramic tile floor. Not. :(

Not to be outdone by the fluoro tube the barista dropped in the cafe where we were sitting this morning having coffee! Wow that was loud!! (And glass everywhere!).

Serious question.

Aren't most posts in ths thread Twitter/Facebook type posts?
Twitter and Facebook are very different beasts. As far as social media goes, Facebook is much like this thread. A conversation evolves and develops.

Twitter is more akin to separate statements being posted with no real context to any other. Much like statements you are prone to making say about the weather or golf or such like. Which is why the suggestion that you would fit Twitter well.

I am not a member of Twitter, and I use Facebook only rarely (if that!). AFF/FT are the ideal social media platforms for me.

Yes but many posts by the OP are in fact "tweets". Personal opinions about what the OP is doing immediately that do not invite nor warrant nor encourage discussion. YMMV.
