We need to introduce a penalty for TTOTT posts that are too on topic to be here.

Perhaps an AUD2 beer fine into a community chest that can be called upon for any AFF event ;)

Ok - how's this!

Just had a bloody fantastic full qtr lamb roast with a couple of bottles of a lovely red at Asador De Aranda, Madrid, Spain.

Tapis at lunch in Toledo was pretty good as well:)

Needless to say that after being there in a sunny position for four and a half hours; my face, neck, lower arms and top of the head are looking like very bright beetroot and heavily tanned at this point.
And that is where having darker skin has it's advantages.

If I am out these playing golf the only thing that gets burned these days is the top of the balding head if I forget to wear a cap. ;)

Now I can support that, but only up to the point where I realise you didn't invite me along to join you - or at the very least share some pictures to make us all salivate :p

Well being slightly younger in years, still having hair and frankly not wanting to look like a white man dressed as a black pimp*, being outdoors and playing golf isn't a pursuit at the top of my list ;)

* That's a gag from Robin William's 1986 live stand-up show, A Night at the Met. It's arguably his best and funniest ever performance of all time.

When he was still on the good drugs.

Are you paranoid if you think they are out to get you?

Not if they are out to get out.

Sent from my iPhone using Aust Freq Fly app so please excuse the lack of links.

Speaking of weird things, I signed up for "Design Hotels Club" via an ad on FT (not 100% though, I manually typed in the URL as I don't believe in clickthroughs). Anyway, when the confirmation e-mail came, clicking the link just takes you to the signup page. Trying to login with the new credentials does the same, takes you to the signup page.

Anyway, 5-10 mins later my FB account had been logged into from Taiwan.

Co-incidence? All seems a bit odd.

Just to add, have run a scan with: Sophos anti-root kit, MBAM, Spybot, Trend Micro House Call, Microsoft Security Essentials, etc. and nothing has turned up anything out of the ordinary. Hosts file etc. all looks OK..... very strange.....:-|

Pretty strange. Presume you have Facebook enhanced security - Really handy as you get SMS'd if someone attempts to connect to your FB account from an unidentified device.

Yeh, received e-mails to all my accounts as well so changed password straight away. Very odd...... tops off an all round odd weekend :-|

Bag went missing on Fri night, then was handed in with everything still in it. Nothing makes sense...!

I should have known the Daily would have got it wrong.
Anger over magnate's 3am flight | Sunshine Coast News | Local News in Sunshine Coast | Sunshine Coast Daily

MINING magnate Clive Palmer knows how to make an entrance. But flying his Boeing 717 into Sunshine Coast Airport at 3am was always going to ruffle feathers.
Mr Palmer's distinctive jet touched down in the early hours of Saturday, waking many nearby residents and leaving them wondering who could possibly be allowed to make such a noisy entrance.
"It's outrageous," one angry woman told the Daily.

Just got to the SYD J lounge and I'm pretty happy. Not about blowing points on a domestic upgrade. But because my best mate here, on the staff, got a staff award today. He bloody well deserves it, he makes my time away from home tolerable. Getting here and having a chat makes me feel almost home already.

Actually he just dropped some hints about a new menu for next year. Sounds good.
