Mods, please delete if not appropriate.... Friend of mine back at home is looking for an IT Project Manager based in Perth. Mining industry experience preferable, experience with Primavera preferable, but not essential. PM me if interested.

Being sober as helped me reflect on my dislike of teenagers. (They really should not be allowed in the F lounge) I think it is because they embody everything I despise in life - hope, energy, passion, confidence, a complete lack of awareness about pretty much anything if it can't be SMS'd and noise. :p

Sometimes something good happens for no explainable reason.

My 767 SYD-BNE has been somehow substituted to an A332 in the past 24 hours and I risked 23B at T-80 hours as 23J was not available. :)

Row 23 is good on a 332 as it's an exit row so heaps of leg room.

Just in the VA lounge in BNE and they have the Olympics on and the QF TV add was just on.

Just some random cough I thought I would mention

What are you really trying to say Tony :?:

Not quite.

Row 23 just happens to be a bassinet bulkhead with restricted legroom. A longer flight and I would have been struggling as it is not the same as the A333 as the bulkhead on the A332 is wider and one cannot get their leg out into the aisle. :(

You must be on an intl 332 as it's the domestic config where row 23 is an exit row.

In any case the seat map on the QF website will display where the exits are.

That is OK. On domestic flights I prefer to be in the first row (if possible) as I hate waiting for people to unload their kitchens and sinks.

As it turned out today I was first off and got to lounge quickly to have a snack and diet coke then went downstairs to collect my bag and go outside to wait for the T-bus.

God I hate public service job applications. Why can't they use the same format and selection criteria? Some give you 400 words, others 450 words and others 500 words. Some agencies just make up their own selection criteria which aren't consistent with other agencies. All in all a real nuisance when writing the blessed things up.

Talk about being sober.

It has been 17 days for me and have not touched alcohol since I came back to Australia last month. I am trying to lose weight but so far I am going nowehre and all that has happened is I am starving and not drinking.

The plan is to go through until the next trip late September but I think there will be one day later this month where I may have a drink or two.
