I have my iTunes library stored on an external drive, and the backup is a copy of the iTunes folder. I could identify the bad sectors by folder name, and so skipped them when I was copying it back. That gave me the albums that had become corrupted, and which I will replace at some stage.

(BTW, does anyone have a copy of ABBA - Greatest Hits, and AC/DC - Live Collector's Edition...)?

I have a massive music collection (MP3) so will have a look and get back to you if I do. Anything else you need?

I wrote a detailed post from a neurosurgeon about Michael Schumacher three times and each time it's crashed as I've posted. Must be something to do with quoting someone else in the app. Grrr.

Bottom line. He was wearing a helmet. Surgery was to remove a blood clot. But his brain is now swelling which is a significant complication and reduces survival to 50%. He is in an anaesthetically induced coma and body temp reduced to slow metabolism. Natasha (the post I tried to quote) didn't seek treatment until a few hours later which was too late.

F1 drivers are about as fit as they get, so he has the best chance for recovery. Last I saw was 'Doctors are assessing him hourly'. Hmmm.
