Looks to have changed a bit since I last stayed there when I was working in Cairo. Is that the side of the Exec Lounge (doesn't look like it) or the view from the restaurant, although that was lower down from what I remember.

View from 19th Floor Nile Suite. Restaurants on L3. Exec Club on L22 I think loks out the side of the hotel, but I haven't investigated that yet. A more complete view of the office:
