Today I was in Newcastle, NSW and I had the chance to go for a walk around town.
The views from the recently opened Newcastle ANZAC memorial walk are quite spectacular.

Not to mention the walk is a fitting tribute to those who fought in WWI.

I highly recommended this walk if ever one is in Newcastle.

In Bern, Switzerland I actually got a view from my hotel room!! From the Novotel Bern Expo overlooking the National Equestrian Centre.. I think the horses might be better looked after than me!! But then again I think they are probably worth more than me also!! You cannot see it in the photo (sorry for the poor quality) but they were working the horses in the massive sand arena... thought about asking if I could to go for a spin but it didn't look like that kind of place lol

You can see a horse being ridden between the 2 trees next to the sand area.So no apologies necessary.
