A less hectic day today with just a drive from Ranthambhore to stay at Prithvi Vilas Palace Jhalawar, Some magnificent farmland on the way with tremendous water resources

Not necessarily rush but if you’re only going to the cathedral then book close to it. It’s a steep walk down (and worse up) to the main part of the town and there are plenty of restaurants up the top near the cathedral
