The view from my "office"

I thought it was but didn't want to jump to conclusions. It's been very bright all week
I cheated. There’s an app for that! 😁

It’s been on and off overcast here in SYD so I hadn’t noticed it myself.

The cops are a little hard up at the moment, can only afford this old Lada to run around in.

Todays office was Bruny Island, visiting some historic properties.

Google “Waterview John Wardle” and you’ll get the story on this place - 1830s cottage, done up by an architect and won a zillion awards.

I’d say it was adequate as a week-ender 😊

Just 15 km from Évora is Cromeleque dos Almendres, a 7000 year old megalithic horse shoe shaped monument, 2000 years older than Stonehenge.

About 2 km to the East, the direction of the open side of the horse shoe, stands the Menir dos Almendres, a single 4 m tall stone which marks the place on the horizon where the sun rises at the summer solstice, as seen from the Cromeleque.

It reminded me of Obelix and his menhir. Are any of his fans out there?
