The view from my "office"

I see 1845 was a bad flood year, decent high water mark showing the old inn ground floor was half under. Love old cities for same reason @Cossie. The history is clearly shown and the locals are proud

To this office: Monte Carlo Golf Club. Absolutely gorgeous day with views to Italy, Monaco and of course France. There is something wonderful about the flora in springtime Europe.

These are the kind of days in the office that remind me why I go into the other office occasionally. ☺️
