Vietnam Airways A321 Singapore to Hanoi J seats. Old fashioned but comfortable with plenty of padding. The legroom was around 42"There were drop down screens that rotated through a number of flight map views. There was also streaming of TV Shows & Movies but I couldn't be bothered to use it.

Currently in the Lotus Lounge in Hanoi. The transit here is a bit awkward. You get bused to the terminal - in a Business Class bus. Then a staff member puts a Transit sticker on your chest. A Vietnam Immigration officer has a quick look at your passport - no transit visa need for Australians. Finally you have to through a security checkpoint. Everything stays in your bag but belts, jackets and shoes have to come off.

Currently in the Lotus Lounge for a 7 hour transit. Thanks to the airline cancelling our originally booked flight. It is pretty basic but ok and there is a nice big shower room.

This was the busiest it has been in the three hours we have been here.

First time seeing one of these, CDG during the 40 minute scenic bus tour between 2e and 2e they make you take when you don’t have time and don’t want to.
