Did anyone else see the Queen Elizabeth Stakes today at Randwick? Most amazing win by horse, Pride of Jenni, and rider Declan Bates. At one stage the horse was leading an estimated 103m!!! It really was something to see.
Before you ask, yes I backed PoJ yesterday.

Well that is just a stupid statement. No not rigged. The jockey has received alot of criticism from other jockeys who did not see the break-away and react. The horse, Pride of Jenni, is a fast runner ( a forward horse) that cannot run at a slow pace. The jockey tried to reign the horse in but it took the bit and just kept going so the jockey held on.

Just held my breath. I took up horse racing when I got cancer and could not leave the house. I don't place large bets on the horses but I bet on alot of races, but only on Saturday afternoon. When I loose it is cheap entertainment.
