The view from my "office"

My “office for three days, Riad El Yacout (guest house) in Fez, Morocco. Created from four houses, there are three court years and numerous staircases. Several people became lost on the first night trying to get back to their rooms. I’m on the third floor (coloured window glass). I just keep telling myself climbing all those steep stairs are good for me!

I look down into the courtyard where breakfast and dinner is served.

Through reception is the swimming pool courtyard. The water well is the furthest away.

I can see Edina, Saffy and Patsy lounging around the pool.

I'm not sure I've come across this layout before on QR. 777-300ER, first 2 rows of J are a mini cabin. QR BKK to DOH. Beats the cabin dorm A380 for sure.

First doesn't look much better, maybe a touch more space.

Actually I think it's the ex CX planes.

These are from a few weeks ago in NZ, Akaroa, they were on my camera and I only had a look at them yesterday, most of my day to day shots are done with my ipad. These are screen shots of the originals as they are huge files. needless to say the birds have been zoomed in on.

My “office” for my last three nights in Morocco, Hotel Les Jardins de La Koutoubia, Marrakech. Very nice room once again, and my view is of the courtyard swimming pool. Which I was in this afternoon, being 38C here!

One of the other solo ladies did question if she was in the right room. However, we all had rose petals sprinkled over the bed. And single rose buds tucked into the towelling robes!

I have a wall of windows, which do slide fully open.
