Indeed. But I made pizzas tonight while watching the scavengers of Brisbane pick through items left on the kerb for the hard rubbish collection.
The highlight was watching the older lady fit a two seater couch in a Ford Focus. I bet she’s a guru at Tetris.

Owls are such gorgeous creatures. Daughter has a thing for photographing raptors. Aiming to get the perfect shot of a wedgetail in flight (which to date has eluded her view of what is acceptable as it is hard to get a good photo with the light). A nice brown falcon lunching on a swamp hen chick at the Wetlands over the weekend. Was annoyed that it was in shadow though.

No - boat. The Paraguay River is the main artery, with smaller loops and tributaries off it. It’s the dry season mow. Basically it’s inaccessible in the wet season. It’s sub tropical and in the Mato Grosso, which I believe means ‘big bush’.

Just back for lunch and the penny dropped, even before I got to your response
. I replied very early this morning just before getting aboard the boat. Routine here is breakfast at 0530 and on the water by 0630, back for lunch about 1200 and out again 1430 to about 1800.At least it was not a diesel Jag

Daughter saw her a few years ago here in CBR and it was a pretty impressive show even then. Looks like a great night. Rod Laver is one of my favourite places for concerts like this.
