The view from my "office"

As forecast, its a wet one this long weekend in Tas ( I blame a certain visiting couple from Queensland 😊), but warmish, too. Perfect for my frog breeding program. This afternoon I’ve been watching a succession of little froglets emerge from one of the ponds outside my office.

They’re must be over 100 tadpoles in that pond - one of three I have stocked.

Just one car parked at the beach car park tonight on a Friday night mid Summer 😱. Just Sh%te weather and the sand is whipping everyone's legs. Winds up to 90 kms/hour. That's almost cyclone. We have a low just off Kangaroo Island that has just developed but was predicted earlier. Adelaide airport just down the road - 43 knots.

Noice !!

Hmmm more for the frog calls that follow than a menu item. And of course to keep the goldfish and the local bluetongue happy.
Shall we send you recipes for cuisses de grenouilles? Not sure about the poisson rouge or the lézards. But GIYF.
