A high end furniture/homewares company has apparently taken the lease on the building and wanted the floor plan to be empty for display. So the owner gutted the offices (this is the building where the Virgin GDS pre- and post-implementation team were housed for 18 months). They will be putting a glass frontage to the building and only having one row of carparks at the front (instead of the two deep it was).

They are probably slated for being up and running in time for Xmas 2015...just when I'm leaving the area (not that I need any furniture).
