Just been made aware our ‘office’ may not have power restored until Friday so we’re off to a friends.

These may well need replacing

Less than that. 1km. Military road got flooded - we are just off Military Road. Lots of rumbles but just a shower. West Lakes is just around the corner, and a bit.

My wife noticed today that the high standards of parking in Perth are being maintained. This was outside a Chemist Warehouse store and apparently the middle car was the first to arrive. Maybe they were all in urgent need of some diarrheal treatment?

I am into DC rail, but its all 12v!

we were given 3 RATs, one for each day.
take one before leaving home/hotel in the morning

masks were highly recommended but only 0.5% people were/are wearing them
I was wearing one due to a newborn at home (only taken off for the quick pic)

I have been saying the same ever since retirement loomed and have managed to resurrect some models and get a test track sorted. You would have thought with all that time on my hands during covid shutdowns I could have at least started the frame, but sadly no. These models are a mix of RTR and kits, and look vert static on my office bookcase.

The last image has a golf course with water covered fairways (to the right of the tower block near the centre). I've played a few round there.

Mad March in Adelaide - a glorious evening. Fringe show The 27 club which was excellent. Outdoor venue and we were told we had to wear masks throughout the performance. I think less than 5% adhered.
