The Virgin Australia Newbie Questions Thread

Hi all.

I recently matched my Qantas Gold to Virgin “Discover” Gold. I earned enough status credits during those 3 months or so that as of early September I’m now regular Gold.

Because I got in via a status match I got most of the benefits during the discover gold phase, with the notable exception of bag tags.

Does anyone know if I can request a gold bag tag now I’m not in the trail phase anymore?
