We’ve done 5 LE’s (all in Asia) and enjoyed all of them!

Just stumbled across this great TR in the making.
I too am very intrigued as lady Cool Cat and myself, have booked our first overseas LE trip to Thailand next month.
Having completed numerous LE packages domestically in Australia - which were all brilliant, we had no quarms in booking one overseas.
Trust you have a great holiday.

Mega thanks for this trip report - I had never heard of this resort - but now have told MrsK and I think we're going soon, probably tomorrow as she has dragged out her suitcase and is looking into the wardrobe....

Now I've been alerted to it, I'm interested in the LE offerings. Hubby's always wanted to go to Langkawi, so I'm watching with interest too.

That too, though my understanding from my research is there are no reported cases of Zika in Langkawi.
If the Duchess of Sussex deems it safe to go to Fiji then I reckon I'm safe to go to Malaysia.

Made it to the airport. Now to see if I can stay awake till boarding time, as it's well past my bedtime.

Made it to Singapore after an uneventful flight. Priority boarding worked a charm and we were quickly shown to our seats.



As soon as the seatbelt sign went off I headed to the bathroom to change and came back to find my bed ready. I snuggled in for a few hours of adequate sleep.

Breakfast was served around two hours before landing. The crew on the right side were a little more efficient and I missed out on yoghurt. They were otherwise very attentive.


I used BTC so I had chicken rice for breakfast while TV had the American style breakfast.


We're now wondering what to do with ourselves while we wait for our flight to LGK.
