The drive took us about 5 hours, including a stop over for lunch. Most the drive was on seal road, with the last 60km on unsealed. Unsealed roads in Namibia are generally very good quality and regularly graded. Travelling at 80km/h is easy and 100km/h on good sections no problem.

The price at Epacha included breakfast and dinner. Food was outstanding. Dinner was 5 course with choices entree and main. Breakfast was done to order and again, many choices and excellent.

Although the middle of winter, we arrived, unpacked and decided the pool looked inviting, so gave it a try.
