TravelPass with DSC offer (No Longer Offerred)

In light of this news, I wonder if the DSC TP promotion will also carry through to 2024 for any travel booked this year.
I saw reference in the media this evening that Qantas announced that is the case. The booking must be made this year.

Good to know for my DSC TP. It's been a great tool to have and I'm sad to have to say goodbye to it on my next booking. Let's see if vouchers can be purchased during Qantas' next DSC promotion!

Has anyone used their DSC TravelPass this year and can confirm if DSCs are still being awarded?

im waiting on some from early April - anyone had a recent posting?
 
So I’m still waiting on DSC credits from a flight on 4.2.23.( 13 weeks) I’ve now emailed 3 times ( no acknowledgment or response) and called 5 times and keep getting told it has been escalated to the “relevant” team, and there is nothing else I or anyone can do about it until such team decides to act.

is there any other way to escalate this problem or have Qantas just ripped me off and I should just give up on status credits ( and maybe Qantas). I’m really sick of having to chase up everything with them.

Did you book the flights this year?
 
I emailed Qantas on Saturday to chase up DSC’s from flights, paid for with a DSC TP, taken in late January. Early days and no response yet, but will post updates.
 
were they booked with a DSC travelpass as issued a few years ago? or during the March this year DSC promo. they are different things. Just want to check.

they were QF TravelPass with DSC's attached, issued originally in 2020/21 (after covid cancellations, issued after calling and requesting a conversion from QF Flight Credits to QF TravelPass with DSC's). I have three more still to come on bookings for this year.

Still waiting on a posting from September 2022, 4 emails without response, a couple of calls where I just get told to email and no love from twitter DM team either. Have another TP I need to use with DSC from the same period and not hopeful they will be honoured

It’s not good enough from Qantas. We all took our travel passes, with clear conditions attached, in lieu of a refund at the time. Win for us, win for Qantas. Except now it looks like it was purely a win for Qantas. Shame on them.

On this basis the subsequent posts calling out “shame on QANTAS” and “not hopeful DSC TPs will be honored” see misplaced.
 
3 emails and still no response, so I called this morning and spoke to Harry who took the details and is sending it off to be resolved and will call me back in about a week - we’ll see 🤔🙂

Hey just wondering if you've had any reply from Harry on your TravelPass DSC issue. I'm up to week 6 of waiting for the same thing. Still too early in the Qantas book to lodge a claim. Cheers
