TV series discussion {'ware Spoiler Alert}

I saw the reviews of that in the paper on the weekend. I really enjoyed the books, so it will be fascinating to see how they bring it to the small screen
I haven’t read the book(s) in a long time, so I don’t recall much from them.…which is probably a good thing, as I’m not comparing book and show. I finished the last episode yesterday. Greatly enjoyed it, but now I have to worry for a few months until Netflix works out whether it’s going to give us another series. They’ve canned so many good shows, mid-life, that it‘s hard to invest in anything they do.

Okay
Here goes
I have no interest in motor sports … but .. on Netflix .. family is watching Drive to Survive — its fascinating and I am hooked.
The psychology, teamwork, technical aspects of F1 are fascinating to watch!!!
Welcome to the rabbit hole that is F1. 😉

Who has seen the Indian movie The Lunchbox? I started watching today (SBS World Movies) and realised I had seen it some years ago. It is a beautifully crafted movie so watched it through again.

Ripley Netflix. Gorgeous Film Noir vibe, excellent cast.
The New Look Apple TV. Its a must watch. Learned a few things I never knew. I feel like they may do another season of this.

Baby Reindeer. Good acting but got 2 or 3 eps into it and had to switch. Just not for me.

We have been watching Catch Me a Killer on SBS on demand. Based on cases worked on by Micki Pistorius in the 1990s in South Africa and her autobiography. Dark but then again hopeful as the criminals are brought to justice and incredibly absorbing. Each episode can stand alone which is good.
