TV series discussion {'ware Spoiler Alert}

Every week we look forward to Gogglebox and Travel Guides, both so hilarious.

So stupid is married at first site, get me out of here and cooking shows are just so ridiculous, coughyness and after the ad breaks going over and over what is already known, we watched them once that was enough.

I've missed a lot of survivor. And that won't change. It looks like a fabulous series this time round. Surely Sandra can't win three?

She would be the first one I'd vote out. Just. Because. Two million dollars...

And then all the other winners.

And that same thinking can help get them to the end if everyone reckons "nobody will vote for them at Final Tribal".

Ozzie the former cough star seems to be on every second season.

Just finished Springfloden. Quite good but not sure the twist at the end was necessary.

There was some discussion here recently about "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and whether it is available on a streaming service. I am still trying to figure out these streaming services and which ones are available where. If anyone has access to Hulu, this service is showing all 7 seasons of Buffy at the moment, according to an American article.

There are also some photos circulating on the internet of what the cast look like 20 years after the TV series started. The articles say it is the entire cast but there are a few key members not featured.

This is one site but there are plenty of other articles as well.

I started that short discussion. It's not on Netflix due to some sort of contractual reason or other. I do have them on DVD, but I don't currently have a DVD player. Go figure.

I have been reading plenty about the 20 year reunion. Eliza Dushku one of the more notable absentees. I actually had a short Twitter exchange with her about it. She slayed me of course.

Waiting for the Angel reunion perhaps...

Downloaded Goliath yesterday and watched 1st 3 eps last night - seriously good - if you like Billy Bob Thornton you will love this.

Just reviewed this thread from #761 onwards. Of the shows mentioned, I have heard of Dr Who, Midsomer Murders and Game of Thrones (but watched none of the latter), but not heard of any of the others.

I cancelled my Foxtel subscription a couple of months ago when I realised I hadn't recorded or watched anything for a long time. Quite amusing to hear the reaction of the 'cancellation' chap when I didn't rise to his ever increasing collection of freebies, if I stayed subscribed.

Is Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart still on Dr Who?

Just when you thought Prison Break was over, a 5th season has premiered in the USA.

I think we took six years to watch the last series. We thought it would finish on the last episode (in every series) only to have a cliffhanger.

No, he died off screen, but his daughter appears occasionally. He is always spoken of in high regard.
