and the customer service can't be any worse than for the J* card by the sounds of it...
Citi!?
Oh yes it can!

As with a few others here my 20,000 bonus points have posted.
Hit the $5000 mark about a week into the card so will be interesting to see how long that takes to post.
Not sure if i should keep it or revert back to my trusty WWEDRCC - not being able to change the pin has p1ssed me off TBH.
I am in the same boat but am waiting for my first statement before making a phone call.I made my first purcahse two weeks ago and no bonus points have appeared on the Jetstar Banking site.....I fear a phone call or 12 might be coming up...
Psi, how long after you made your first purcahse did the 20,000 appear? Did it appear straight onto your QFF account or did it appear first on the jetstar banking website?

From memory hadn't shown up on the JQ banking site (which is absolute cr@p may i add) when it appeared on QFF.
So how long did it take for your points to post on QF though? 1 week? 1 month?
Huh? Doesn't the first eligible purchase earn 20k and then $5000 by May 31 earns an additional 10k? Nothing about $500??She's actually most scared of getting charged the annual fee if she isn't "approved in time" (i.e. if she is approved after the 31st, the "no fee for card" offer is no longer valid); second scare is spending $500 before the end of the month to get the 20k. (I told her in the latter case just to get a $500 gift card from Woolies, but she wasn't convinced).
Nope.
When I applied I heard nothing (no confirmation email, no reference number or anything). Hadn't heard anything after a few days so called to see what was happening. Put on hold and then told I was just another reject.
'I'm sorry Sir, I cannot give you any further information'. I asked if there was any other information I could provide that might assist (as I hadn't been asked for pay slips or anything) and was told there was nothing I could do.
I've never been rejected over the last four years while I've been working.... My income is six figures so maybe I'm also in the 'too much income' bracket?
Also, I've not had a flurry of activity on my credit file that would make a credit provider wary. I also have quite a few cards that are all in perfect standing...
This is the most ridiculous thing ever - do they not want any customers???
I don't care anymore however as I've now got the CitiBusiness card so helloooooooo 1.25 points per dollar!!! (and the customer service can't be any worse than for the J* card by the sounds of it...)
