Well I got a little surprise today. Logged onto my QF account to check for some bonus points from epiQure. Instead noticed I have now received a third allocation of 15k bonus points for this card. Winning! :) Still doesn't really make up for all the pain endured so far though.
 
Still waiting on my bonus 30k FF points.

Rang on Monday to chase them, now being escalated to who knows where.

Got the QC passes before Christmas after another phone call. Handed to the brother.
