I rang up and asked for a Credit increase and was informed that I had to wait 10 more days due to 6 month before credit can be increased??????????????????
WTF!
Will use as main card while free then will move on or back to old cards currently sitting in draw.

That's pretty much universal amongst all issuers aside from Amex, at least since July 1.

Everything positive about this card except that it takes too long to have payments credited to account. I pay by BPay and my bank account is debited immediately yet, the card account is not updated. Hence, I am not able to put through new charges promoptly.

I don't know if there is a quicker way.

(Even Citi is quick with posting of credits.)

Had the same issue with transactions not showing for up to 4 days. Canceled the card 4 months in (after the bonus points were posted). Customer service was much more knowledgeable than citi.

CHRIST asked for $20k limit on day of increase...put through the system and told that would be informed of outcome.......not informed.....they gave me 9k...wtf...how do you pay a tax bill with that...back on the phone.....
Yes Ive had to reload card to use for over 10K a month...turned into primary card until they want fee then binning it.

MORONS WONT INCREASE MY LIMIT ANY FURTHER........
No reason for it as I tick all the boxes????????

Those jetstar dollars look like a bit of a rip off. 3 months to book, six months to travel. The 30 qff fee looks worth it to have the points transferred in that situation. 150 annual fee and 100k points cap with 1 point per dollar

Sent from my iPhone

The 100,000 cap is a shocker. I've had no choice but to change to Jetstar Dollars reward until the anniversary next March. $200 for every $10k expenditure.

Hey how do I know when 100K cap reached?
Cause $30K with Bonus already and then TAX\General use......only way to review statements?

Easy...check your QF account to see how many points have been transferred.

Like Tony has observed I can confirm that the sign up process can be a challenge - but the 30000 points are nice to have...

I could do with the 30,000 points...but not with the aggro of signing up.

HSBC isn't it?

I doubt they'll pass me. But what the heck I might give it a go. Mrs N has been dragged kicking and screaming into signing up for one too many cards recently.

Thanks for the info

has anyone got this card earlier....got the points and cancelled

then reapplied and got the points a second time??

Sounds like such but I can assure you that's not the case. I had called them twice recently and on each occasion had charges reversed.

No mention of the the annual fee for the new 30K promo, so I assume you will need to pay $149.
