My claim was submitted on the 28th June for SQ flight. How long should I wait before contacting them?

But nothing for the inbound that was flown on 4 July (so now 7 days and time for a retro claim)

Re: Posting of points

In the spirit of KISS, I used the retro email to claim the flights on a single booking including the original e-ticket email and a scan of the BP - this last Saturday.

An auto email reply was received strait away.

Late Tuesday morning a 'manual' email arrived and the proper credit was on account.
Wash, rinse & repeat for the second such booking for which flights had not credited.

Same Tuesday result and my account is now up to date. :D

I flew with SQ May 20 and May 31, and I'm still waiting. Lodged a claim online mid June but had no action. Called and was told the claim was rejected but shouldn't have been and that the matter was escalated and it'd take 4-6 weeks for the points & SC's to be credited, that was on June 22.

Flew Monday and Tuesday on VA

Did a points claims as soon as l touched down.

Mondays flight posted on Tuesday
Tuesdays flight posted today (Thursday)

This is my response via Email

Im sorry for the delay with processing your claim. Singapore Airlines have advised that theres currently an issue with their accrual files causing delay in crediting points for some Singapore Airlines flight. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

Ive escalated the claim for your SQ221 flight and this manual confirmation step occasionally takes longer than we'd like - anywhere from four to six weeks.

A little bit of a laggard, but it got there in the end:

i'm noticing it is extremely slow on certain flights, I have had previously half the flights in a booking post, and had to call up

2/7 - Sydney to Melbourne - credited 8/7
3/7 - Melbourne to Sydney - credited 8/7
called up today to get the following credited (done straight away)
4/7 - Sydney to Canberra/ Canberra to Melbourne
5/7 - Melbourne to Sydney
6/7 - Sydney to Brisbane/Brisbane to Christchurch

I flew CDG-AUH-MEL-BNE on an EY ticket arriving last Saturday.
Points and status credits were in my Velocity account on Monday.

Automatic posting for my late Thurs night flights occurred on Saturday , so definitely an improvement . will be interesting to see when sun afternoon flights post.

Re: Posting of points

Recent domestic flights auto post +8 days after flights. Manual intervention domestic flights +2 days.

Re: Posting of points

Put in a claim last Tuesday; as Tuesday seem to be the day that things credited.

The missing SCs showed up over the weekend.

22 Jul 1709 Jun 17 San Francisco-Newark, New York 0174

[/TD]
Also worth getting a printed boarding pass as it is where it shows the ticket number, the ticket number didn't show up on the itinerary or on the mobile boarding pass only the printed boarding pass.

All my DL flights this year flown before Jun 12 required a claim. From that date, each one posted with no intervention - all within 72 hours.

As for ticket number, the e-ticket receipt has a link which (before travel) takes you to the sabre portal where your ticket number will show in all its glory - along with fare basis, +++ breakdown etc.
