Just tried this, via chat they managed to add the booking to my krisflyer account (so I can see it via the app) but still asking for email (which is in my krisflyer account). They did however select seats for me which now appear in my booking.Hi All, just sharing my experience. I booked using Velocity points SIN to BNE Business. I followed the advice on here to contact via chat.
I was logged into the Singapore Airlines website and had joined Krisflyer. I asked if I could have my email address added to my flight and gave them the Singapore Airlines reference number.
They came back and asked some POI questions such as flight number, number of passengers etc.
Once they were happy with identification they said to give them a couple of minutes and came back saying it was added.
I was then able to go to the Singapore Airlines app and select my seats.
