Velocity to partner with 7-Eleven

I am on their email list, 7-eleven's that is, and do see the offers.
As mentioned above, 100 VFF points on a $4 box of Krispy Kreme.
Mind you, SA (OTR) outlets here do sell it as well, but we know, we know, OTR are not BP outlets, BP resellers, yes, but not BP outlets, so no bonus points here.
Maybe I need to fluff off to Vic in Oct.

I used to do the velocity app but the last couple scans haven't shown up now...

With a total data point count of 2, I have only scanned the barcode in the app (both times to save > 20c per litre with price lock).

Points showed up within a day.

Mine took a few days. Also they don’t post on weekends which make me believe they need some human intervention to post. I was waiting for some to post to book a rewards flight some time ago abd it was frustrating that it took a while to post.

I scan the 7-11 app members card. Your 7-11 membership needs to be linked to velocity. You can do that in the 7-11 app

There was a hiccup in their system, about Jul, this year.
I have always had the app on my smartphone, and when I picked "my card", for a shop in Jul this year, the account had locked me, out, asking me to log in again, as I was on the road, I couldn't remember my password, so couldn't use the bar code, which in the past had always came up.
I use 2 phones, and on one, had the 7 eleven numbers written, but not in bar code system.
Then in Jul, when I tried to bring up the digital card, it had kicked me off.
So I tried to reset password, no email came, on how to reset password, nope, nothing, nada.
It didnt want to do it ie send me a reminder to reset password, nothing came to my email address, even tho I had been a 7 eleven app customer for about 12/18 months prior.
Now, I just put the 7 eleven # onto something called Stocard, and with the bar code on that, its worked well, the points have come to my VFF account, and its easy to open Stocard.
So I went through, the 7 eleven system, and now its treating me as a totally new customer, and says no VFF details.
I don't want to have 2 VFF accounts linked, so just using my "former" 7 elven card number, thats linked to my VFF account.

There's a promotion for 250points X 2 for buying fuel up to two times in Sept. In my case, it's in the Velocity.App under.promotions, not the 7-11 app.

In August I got 250 points up to four times for any purchase up to 15/09 and then at the start of September I got 250 points up to 2 times for fuel purchases. So I got a total of 1500 points for 4 fills. I was only doing $5 - $10 fills as the local Ampol was cheaper.
