I got 4 to sign up! so with 200 in the kitty, i got the high rollers pack and the papa mof_ mix + $137... big fan of the lindemans st george, and having actually paid approx $60 for it at the cellar door in the hunter, it makes the rest of the mix pack a great deal!

long time watcher, first time poster... thanks for your ideas and reviews, this thread is tops!

Just want to rub it in

$550 :D

That is gold! nice work! what did you get with it all?

Make that $600 :D just got confirmation another referral bought.

I spent about $400 last night on the dirty hoe 2012 grenache, Harewood Estate 2013 Shiraz Cabernet, 3 Oceans Explorers 2012 Cabernet

Have only gathered the additional $200 today, I'm just about to look and see what's left on the site.

Grabbed one of the sangiovese shiraz cabs and the KIWC reds mixed. I've been waiting until I had some credits and free shipping for the KIWC mixed reds as I'm always tempted by something "better value" eg. black market deals.

That's 5 cases of wine that's going to be delivered to the house this week and all I spent was $1.20.:shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock:

Geez it has been a battle to get people to join and use their $50 free credit....I think I should of tried to invite more people that thinks $50 is a decent amount of money. Average income of the people I invited is probably around 250K....$50 is not that enticing I guess.

I found the 2012 3 Oceans Chardy completely inoffensive. Very restrained - no standout tastes at all. Might not be to everyone's liking

My first bottle was just like that. It took me three days to finish, and my thoughts were to return the remainder. However on hearing VM allow a 2 bottle trial and reading beefarmers's critique I have tried another bottle. This was better, but I'm still not sure whether to return or not. I don't think its worth the original $30+ price though.

$550, that's a good effort. I sent out about 15 and got only 5 to sign up and buy, not impressed. All of these people drink wine and have money, but maybe that is the problem, $50 is nothing. I even asked each person what they liked to drink and sent them links to specific wines I thought they might be interested in! Zip, nada, diddly squat.

west oz wine has more finesse about it generally and is not in your face so much....as I said, I really enjoyed it. although I don't think it is as good as the Churchview Chardonnay many months ago, it for me is a winner.
That's what this wine game is about-we all inhabit different taste worlds. While we agree the wine is not bad, we agree that this one is not for everybody.
neither is the glenlofty 11 shiraz. nor the 2012 glenlofty sv.
Back to the 3oceans 2013, I gave obe to someone who went out with a former boss. The former boss allegedly is a fan of superior wine I guess you could. my friend was eager to impress and she did. the feedback from bonita was that her old boss thought it was in the 30-40 bucker range. so there we go. I was almost tempted by the nsw orange chardy last night, but one of out group opted for the nsw orange shiraz. so all of us finally got there with out purchases.

was it me or was that the most amount of top notch mixed pack and quality stuff, volume wise, ever ?

Has anyone tried it and can report? I'm a member and get Several cases a year and have been to the cellar door a few times but have never seen that range on tasting nor had it delivered. Also they offer a $50 refer a friend bonus if you join their circle club if anyone is interested? Pm me.

Just had mine delivered and will try tonight

The Fox Creek is tempting, got a final last-day $50 referral. $400 for the month, pretty happy! Keen to hear some more reviews, although I may save this last $50 for something special.
So far have got (with various credit/family splits) Salvation, Shiraz 8.0, Red Flight Exp, Lou Miranda Shiraz, Hewitson, and Paxton Shiraz Grenache. Probably enough to tide me over for now.... maybe?

EDIT: The Lou Miranda is a great wine, especially after a couple of hours/next day breathing - really develops some more character and a touch of smoothness. The Paxton is insta-quaffable and a tasty little all-rounder.
