The Warramate on the second night is spectacular I have to say. The Victorian shiraz's are something I need to look into more - the Glenlofty, now this...

The 2012 shiraz is pretty good, but the 2012 shiraz viognier is spectacular, especially for $7.50 or whatever it was.

I'm pretty sure The Bogan is cork not screw cap. Unless they've changed for the new vintage.

The Elmswood 2012 Merlot VM had was listed as screwcap, much to my surprise when it was delivered (bottles standing up - looking like they have their whole life in the box standing mind you) with a cork!

Also sells for $50 and is also a Red Star vineyard. No mention of a 2014 vintage on their website. I don't think it's the Bogan

The 2012 shiraz is pretty good, but the 2012 shiraz viognier is spectacular, especially for $7.50 or whatever it was.

What VM are great at is finding those $7.80 bottles of wine that normally sell for between $15 and $28, and ones that we would never had the ability to try. Mt Avoca cabernet springs to mind, there are many more of course.

When you think of a Dan's eight dollar red and one of these VM specials, you know how lucky you are.

The "club" price is $45, and the VM description says five star, so thought it might be a VM bend of the truth!

Quick search on winecompanion leads me to believe it could be Nepenthe The Good Doctor.

Judging by their website, it "feels" good. Also, sixteen and a half quid, that's twice, in England, and these guys sell over half overseas. Should be a winner for you.
