The new Yarra Valley 2010 Cabernet Blend, could this be the Innocent Bystander Cabernet Merlot? Edit. Most likely not, Alc doesn't match up.

Will probably pop up, though in very small numbers during the big "sales" - stuff like the Two Hands Zippy's Block etc are still showing up. I guess due to cancelled/returned orders.

I have a case of this sitting ready for return to VM. Its very acidic to my taste and as already 5 years old I can't see it improving. It was very border line, I nearly kept it. Purchased as i had never had anything but Pinot Noir from Yarra Valley so wanted to try something different. One comment on another forum explained that Elmswood was primarily a Wedding Reception Centre and the winery was a spin off and a bit of a sideline. I would be keen to hear from others concerning this wine.

Just bought a case of the Innocent Bystander on the strength of Wozza's recommendation in the "nice wine I've had" thread. Looks like I got the last (or near to last case). Hoping it's as good as it's made out to be!

From memory last time I saw it they said "last chance" but that should be taken with a grain of salt. They're like to add more Black Market tomorrow if you can wait, otherwise may be best to call them and ask, probably not many left.

Not a bad drop, not a great drop either. Only had 1 or 2 bottles so far though.

Thanks AC. Much appreciated. My mistake with winecompanion.com.au was that I searched under GSM rather than each variety spelled out!!! Not the first time I have fallen foul of JH's search algorithm. Strangely, searching under GSM mclaren vale in this forum didn't find the Ulithorne post you copied in above.

does anyone have opinions on Heirloom shiraz 2013? Its on Winemarket at 22.50 a bottle but i normally only purchase from VM so can only compare with their offerings. As a gauge one of my faves so far has been Mothers Vine. thanks for any help!

Hmm, not sure when they did it as 'secret' label last as not been monitoring, but I got 2012 as 'secret' label ("Mystery Barossa Valley Shiraz 2012")for $116 delivered in March. Mind you that was with a $50 voucher so all the stars were in alignment.
