Now having two reviews of the Fox I will add a third and try not to be as expressive or illustrative as WD. I Will make this a rather succinct analysis. Three of us all said it"s going back
I feel a little like Wozza did at the tail end of last year. Too many returns. Before you ask, like AC has mentioned, I found it too thin, a little bitter, poorly developed fruit with an end palate minor harshness. Oh well,.that's my w(h)ine.
My CT notes:
Red cherry flavours, with some pepper and spice on the finish. Light tannins. Definitely lighter bodied than the 2013, perhaps reflecting the vintage. Tasted over two nights, more complex on the second night. Could be 88+ with some cellaring time. CT87
I'm going to keep mine - it's not great, but for $10, it's not bad, and may develop over the next 1-2 years. I know some of the family and friends like the simplistic, fresh, drink-now, style that this is, so I reckon I can gift a few away
