I ordered a couple to get through while family are over from the UK for a month. Didn't want to deplete my stocks of the 'good stuff!' If mine are anything like yours, I'll be happy with that (fit for purpose, anyhow)!

I seem to recall the Warramate Shiraz getting nothing short of ecstatic reviews on this forum, might have to look into the Wine Companion offer....

Ecstatic is a strong word. The 2013 was a beautiful wine, although to me to almost tasted more like a Pinot than a Shiraz, with the cool climate characteristics quite dominant. The 2014 was also quite a nice wine, tasting a little more Shiraz like. However it still tasted quite young and really in need of more bottle time to come together. I haven't tasted the 2012, nor have I seen anything from wine companion about any current offers. Was this a print based offer or an email based offer?

Allegiance 'The Artisan' Shiraz. This has been up before, anyone gone 'boom'? Any thoughts on it?

No, but I've had their 2015 GSM and even so young it was bloody smashing. Holds up to the $40 price point; absurdly good value at $12.50.
Even if the straight Shiraz is equally good, it's probably worth a fling at $20. I'm sorely tempted.

I just returned a case of their shiraz and Cabernet sauvignon. Both very thin and highly unappealing. In my opinion disappointing is a kind comment.

I bought that multi lauded and multi medalled Allegiance, and although a reasonable nine bucker, at the price asked way off the mark. Mine was returned as well to My Wine Guy and swapped for a 97pointer Vic chardonnay that I haven't yet tried.

Got this from Cracka mix pack, I couldn't put this in any premium wine category and feel it's so so. Glad I didn't have any more.
BF returned his.

I concur - the 13 was a delicious cool climate shiraz, the 14 I wasnt as enamoured by, seemed sweeter and more fruit driven

The 2015 artisan allegiance shiraz. I returned my case, and I rest my case.

Not that the wine was bad or off, only that at the twenty dollar price point it was way overpriced compared to the plethora of offerings the Fo has had. It was no way in the ballpark. It's a twelve bucker at most thru the Fo.

I do concur with the exquisiteness of the 2013 warramate shiraz.

Out tonight with a JH 97pointer pipers brook chardy and the epsilon tempy for some thai in Balwyn with my neighbours. Their turn to drive. Will report soon.

DB provided his feedback on the 2015 Mav Twins Cabernet and Shiraz. Thought I recalled others ordering as well. Any other comments? I'm trying to resist buying at the moment, so trying to assess if it's time to cave.

I bought both. Commented a few days ago that the Shiraz was wonderful over 2 nights. Very chocolatey. My wife and I fought over the last drop, whereas we had a 2010 Wolf Blass Grey label Shiraz over the last couple of nights and didn't finish the bottle. Would buy another case of the Shiraz if I needed more wine. The Cabernet arrived this morning, so haven't tried it yet.
