I just had Lou Miranda Estate Golden Lion Shiraz 2018 over at my friends BBQ. It is a non-reserve version. To be honest I was a bit underwhelmed. It is a perfectly ok wine and I cannot quite pick exactly what I disliked about it, but most certainly it doesn't deserve $50 RRP. YMMV

As a wild guess it could be Millennium Estate Single Vineyard Margaret River Shiraz 2017
Single vineyard, no Sam Kim reviews or any others reviews, 15 months in French Oak 13.5% and remotely similar blurb on DM website.

Also according to DM website "Maturation in a combination of stainless steel and new and used oak barrels." as opposed to 15 months in French oak and 93 points Halliday

As I said, 2017 was not confirmed or refuted, but the 2018 is exactly the same blurb. I can't see the 2018 review on the WC site, the 93 pts in 2019 is for 2015 vintage.

The Fo have been pushing the Lattitude 34 wines alot over the last 12 months so I would agree with Redbigot.

Sorry - I may have been misled by DM website stating Halliday 93 points award for 2017. Is it a Halliday rated vineyard? On their promo PDF they put 5 stars from Halliday.

First mistake is trusting anything on the DM site, the 2017 vintage scored 91 in the 2021 edition, released after the 2017 listing on VM back in June.
Latitude currently 4.5 stars, were 5 stars in 2019 edition. VM are fairly notorious for using winery supplied information and not checking the current status. I'm not curious enough to do it, but if you phone up and put the specific wine to them they will usually answer yes or no
